A11: YES, you can. It is recommended for those who have stomach upset or gastric to take 3RFlex after breakfast. If the consume 3RFlex on empty stomach, they may experience some problem due to their digestion. As such they may become bloated, gas, even has gastric. So it is better they consume after food.
